Opinions on mix quality

Could someone please tell me how to upload an audio track? I want to put up a track that I've worked on and get some opinions on the quality of my mix. Thanks.

You have to upload in a hoster (like www.soundclick.com, for example) and post, but in the mp3 mixing clinic.
