Llarion said:If you leave the bass big, pull some <31HZ out of the kick, and pull some 62Hz out of the bass, it will clarify things a bit and it won't sound quite so "woofy". The bigness that I hear is mostly an overbalance of EQ, not necessarily a mix issue...
Thanks man...appreciate it!!\Supercreep :This song has balls. You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to variaxman again.
true-eurt :The music is so Foghat and ZZ Top!! Kick ass !!
The slide and the harmonica are awesome....get down blues baby!
The beat is right on and I love the bass loud !!
Damn!!!...the person who the voice reminds me of ...is ...on...the...tip...of...my....tongue....damn...won't....let....go....!!
Kudos Lil Pedro and the Seedpickers...you have rocked the house down again.
Timothy Lawler: Very tight band. Vocal has an old timey feel, almost like classic jazz from the 20s. Rhythm gtr needs more bite for clarity. Great gtr playing. The pitch effect on the lead at 1:24-1:40 doesn't seem to fit IMO. The following gtr phrase - nice.
rayc : I love the big arsed bass. The vox could be centred + it & the harmonica lifted a little.Cool tune with lots of ooomph.
Undecided about the lead effect.Nice work man or variax!
Treeline :HUGE energy here! Great jam!
I'll echo the others - I'd want the vocals right in your face when they're running.
I'm a sucker for slide guitar myself...
