Online Manual? Need to know hotkeys for Guitar Tracks that came with my J-Station

I'm finally using my Cakewalk Guitar Tracks program that came with my Johnson J-Station, but it didn't come with a manual.

I've just finished a class on ProTools and am used to using hotkeys for zooming, scrolling, starting recording, etc., and not having any hotkeys is driving me nuts!

Where can I find a manula online or a site that says what the hotkeys are?

Can someone just tell me at least what keys zoom in and out?

In GT Pro Zoom In is 'I', zoom out is 'O'.

Play/Record/Stop = space bar
