This is something I engineered a while back in Vancouver and one of the 1st projects I took on as producer. Enjoy...

I liked most of it. Very good. Nice aggressive sound.

THe problem I had a part with is the distorted guitar. It sounds like a modeller not a real amp. Is this the case?

The bass was also slightly missing.

Everything else sounded tight in my opinion.

No Modelling here. Mesa Boogies and Marshalls. Ya the bass wasn't all that great but hey...

I rather like the guitar tones.

Wow!...That was some good stuff!I rather like the guitar tones too:)

Liked the vocals very much also. Did you work solely as producer or were you also a player in the band?....Where are these guys now?

I wasn't in the band. I produced and engineered. The band enjoyed some small success with a deal from MCA due to this record and had some US and European tours then promptly broke up...go figure. I keep in touch with the drummer who's now a prof at the Vancouver Film School. Sucks when so much potential is not followed up on...happens every day.

Vance,
Nice stuff. I really liked the sound. Reminded me a little bit of Collective Soul.

I was afraid it was going to be an instrumental.... 51 second intro! The vocals mix in quite well. (when they finally come ;)). Hell it even sounds good on the crappy PC speakers!! This'll prolly rock my socks on the monitors @ home.

Now we amateurs have yet another standard for reference. Thanks for sharing.

Thanx Queue!

Ya the intro is long but the song itself is short and packs a punch. Thanx for checking it out!
