one mixer ---> multiple tracks

Gear: Behringer Eurorack 1204Pro-FX, soon to have a Delta 410 soundcard.

If I were to run the tape outs on my mixer into the soundcard, is there any way I can separate the different inputs on my mixer into different tracks in N-Track?

The 410 give you 2 analog ins right? This will allow you to record 2 tracks concurrently. Pan your mixer channel 1 left, channel 2 right and you can get them on seperate tracks in N track
