This is one track from a band ive just had in recording, im using poor equipment but im quite pleased with how its sounding.

Vocals and acoustics were recorded in my garden with a Studioprojects B1 into an Audiobuddy

Drums were two Behringer C2's in recorderman positions into the audiobuddy, with a SM57 on snare into a tiny behringer mixer, kick was a sm57 into the line input of said mixer.

Electrics were a SM57 into the audiobuddy.

Interface was a M Audio delta44.

Mix comments would be appreciated (and rewarded greatly with rep points)

I'm just checking this out for the great rewards! Just kidding :) Typing as listening... nice start... acoustic and vocals sound nice... Drum and bass have good power and groove.
The jangly clean electric run that comes in here and there is a little too prominent to my ears... takes over the vocals a bit too much.. it's a nice riff, but I'd try panning, EQing it different, or lowering volume since I end up paying attention to the guitar and not the vocals in those points.
Anyway, not much more to nit from me, mix sounds nice... cheers!

The singer has a bit of Neil toward the beginning. A nice sounding voice....

The song itself definitely has some of that southern rock sweetness to it. I like the steel guitar parts especially. I could listen to this a lot without getting tired of it....

This is a pretty good mix, not much I'd change about it. Sounds like the backup vocals are coming off the right (then left) side. Personal preference only ;) , I would double them up and pan them hard L/R for some fullness.

I love this!

Great song and it sounds very very good...

you did a great job... i don't agree with the guitars getting too loud.. to me it fits the style perfectly..

Cool song. Guy sounds more like Ryan Adams than Neil Young, in my opinion.

Good mix. I agree that when that guitar comes in it might be a little too loud. Great tune.
