Omni delta i/o

I have aquired a m-audio omni delta i/o which I mistakenly thought I could plug into my m-audi 2496 soundcard, I also have an aardvark direct pro lx6. What I want to know if is anyone has discovered how to use this standalone, to use the mic pres

The omni IO has 1/4" outputs right? If so all you need ar 1/4 - rca converter plugs to get it into the 2496
