Old tired tapes

I have many old that have stretched and are unplayable.
I saw an article long time ago describing an "oven " for heating and restoring (hopefully) these tapes. Small enclosure with controlled heat source and temperature control.
Can anyone redirect me to such a process?

Baking only restores"sticky shed" and does nothing for any other signs of aging
