Old studio rehearsal cuts at 3.5khz

Well I've got this old rehearsal, problem is the main chunk of the song cuts of at 3.5khz, the cymbals and vocals sometimes push to about 5khz.

Anyway to "regenerate" the higher frequencies?

Not particularly... You could attempt to add some early reflections and boost the heck out of the high end... It'll sound "fake" but it might get you something...
