I think we're taking this vintage thing a little too far, aren't we?

Hell, I have some "vintage" socks and underwear in the bottom of my drawer. Does anyone want to buy them? :D

EBay has gotten stupid ..... well, it's been stupid for a while. It seems like you have guys dismantling stuff and selling the individual pieces and we've all seen plenty of mornos pay more for crap on Ebay than they coud just go out and buy it for.
I've never bought a single thing from Ebay although I did bid on a couple of items which, in both cases led to emails from the seller and me buying the item direct from them for less than the asking price on Ebay.
But I do really really need another Roland XP60 so I guess Ebay's gonna be where I have to go.

haha "Overall good condition"

...except for that whole "corroded connectors" thing. But that's not terribly important on a cable, is it?

its got a tube (from end to end ;)), to warm up you reverb tracks....

Sorry, I don't need a reverb cable. Now if I could find a nice vintage RCA echoplex cable, that would be different. :p

Yeah, I'm still looking for one of those vintage Mastering cables too.

Oh man, this is so dumb and not surprising at all. What will people sell next, pet rocks. ....oh...I guess they are selling those too.

I tried to sell a quarter once. Started at .25 and came with a free penny... shipping was only a 35C stamp....

I hoped someone would think it was amusing enough to spend 50 cents or so on it, but nobody bid =(

Man, people bought a bag of air from a big hurricane a while back for big bucks, but nobody wants money?!?!

Some people will buy anything. Ebay Auction Vintage??? Well, more like old and full of corrosion.

That is one AWESOME cable. I remember those from my tender childhood. Great find!

It really is no joke, but sometimes when I buy some kind of electronics or music equipment that I don't like or want after all, I put it up on ebay, (even though I'm within the 30 day return period) because 9 times out of 10 someone will buy it for MORE than you can buy it for just by walking into a store. It sounds crazy, but I've sold over 400 things on ebay, and people usually end up getting into some kind of bidding war the last few minutes and pay more than RETAIL price for a used equipment.

That's why people can make a living off of ebay.

Am I only one that noticed the logo on the "Switchcraft" cable is that of the Tandy Corporation? That's a Rat Shack cable.
