Here is what i have been able to pick up so far. Correct me if im wrong.
1.Pro tools rack recorder -> Pro tools sound card -> into your PT software on your comp.
2. MOTU Rack Recorder(etc) -> MOTU sound card -> into you MOTU software on your computer.
3. Delta 66 -> Audiophile sc -> Software of choice
4. Mackie 1642VLZ PRO(or similar) -> Some sound card(audiophile?, revolution? reccomendations? 24/192khz) -> Any program you choose(i.e. CEP/Adobe audition)
Now question, is this a correct view of things so far? Can i use an MOTU sound card with a 1642VLZ pro And Adobe Audition? Should i? Can i mix and match these things? Should i?
All i want is excellent sound quality.
