Ok, Last Question For The Night

Ok, I FINALY GOT IT WORKING!!! LMAO... (Audiophile 2496)

Just 1 more problem, I'm sure you guys would know how to answer...

When I'm in cool edit... I insert the beat into cell block 1, and then i hit the "R" record button on cell block 2, then hit the master record, but when I'm recording, the beat is playing in block 2, and it kills my vocals... Any idea's?
 
your not still routing your output through the mixer are you? i think theres a syncro button on cool edit somewhere that might be pressed...its been a while since i used that software
 
Well, I'm using the tape in to audio out... And my phones and everything are working...

A syncro button? I'm not sure what i should and shouldnt be routing at this point.
 
lol you got me a little lost dude...I'd have to re install cool edit pro to explain it to ya so I'm out
