Odd usb interface...any good?

Hi.

I just found a very cheap guitar link usb interface on ebay at

It looks pretty much like a copy of the more expensive behringer guitar link.

Do you think it'll be any good? I'm recording on garageband.

Also, could i use a mic with it if i ever wanted to?
