Ok folks,

I bought one of the Eurorack UB1622FX-PRO 16-Input Mixers. So far I love it but something is odd with the effects. It is almost like there is a dry vocal on one track and on another you can hear a processed version of the vocal. Kinda like the dry vocal is there but there is another with the processed version. It does not sound like when you simply piggy back a mixer into an effects processor. I know this sounds crazy but I hoped you folks could offer some understanding.

Thanx in advance.

My suggestion: RTFM.

That means 'Read The Frickin Manual' (sometimes a different 'F' word is used) and you need to do that before you post again. It sounds like you've got a pre/post problem and if you don't know what that means, RTFM.

ain't you a sweetheart.

I did read it, rwice in fact and as always behringer offers very little info.

Do you have the fx send turned up on that channel? You may be getting what is called "crosstalk". Two signal paths running close enough together that you can hear them both, even though you are only listening to one.

The info might be in there, just not where it should be. I hate Behringer manuals.

This sounds like a faulty unit to me. Who did you buy it from?

P.S. I think you meant "channel" when you said "track."

yes sir I meant channel. I bought it from guitar center. I am really considering taking it back for a small mixer and an effects unit.
