My band of merry men and I played at a garage party last night. It was more of an excuse for everyone to get together, have some laughs and make some noise. All in all, a really good time but at the end of the night when we were packing up, I realized that my ZVex Octane pedal and my SuperHard-On were lifted...walked away...ripped off 
The Octane was my favorite and damnit, really freakin' expensive. I'm putting together a "wishlist" for Christmas but I'm thinking the wife won't go for it simply because of the cost.
Any one familiar with this pedal and found a similar or like substitute? It's a fuzz but also has and octave built in. It's great for when breaking out into a Jimmy-esqe solo and getting that "beagle hearing a weird sound head tilt expression" from the audience.
