Yey, I haven't heard that song for ages. Great vocal!
-A lot of hiss in the background though, which gets in the way a little.
But great performance!!
 
Nice vocal performance!..piano sounds good too. Other than the hiss, a really nice tape mix...full and rich. You got dolby nr on that fostex? Nice track adam :).

Bummer...dbx NR is better I think, but none at all is pretty tough. I think I mentioned I had a fostex 4-track (X-15?) that I used for a long time...no NR and plenty of hiss. Not sure that I ever really overcame that...

A really nice recording regardless...did you dump the tracks to pc, or mixdown straight from the 4-track?

Live mix right from the 4-track. I think it gives it a cooler feel.
