Nuendo wont startup!!

I just recently had a hard drive crash on my computer and now Im reinstalling Nuendo. I have a SB Audigy sound card, and it used to work fine. When I try to run Nuendo, it says "Initializing Nuendo", its supposed to say this for a few seconds then finish starting up but it just sits there. I dont know, I let it sit for like 30 minutes once, and it just stuck there at the main screen saying the same thing. Could it be because i installed Wave Native Pack, and it has to load all my direct x stuff too or what? Let me know guys, thanks!
 
Ok, Im still having this problem with Nuendo, but now it starts up when it wants to. Sometimes it can load up in about 10 seconds and sometimes it will take 4 minutes, sometimes I let it sit for an hour and it doesnt load at all. When I press Alt-Controll-Delete, it always says that Nuendo is "not responding". Anyone know whats up?
