novation A station arpeggiator

Hi guys,
I bought the novation A station rack version, it works ok, but I can't use his arpeggiator, is there something particular? I follow the instructions on the manual but I can't hear any arpeggiator.
I play the notes on my keys and nothing heard, what could it be??

ok... here the deal... you probably have your sync reference set to external, which means that your box is waiting for a midi sync reference to establish a tempo orientation... if you wanna play the fukkah live, you then need to set it's sync reference to internal and then adjust the tempo to your needs... i have come around this by having my sequencer open and playing my keyboard through my sequencer after having it started a few seconds to give the a-station a reference...
so either set your sync reference to internal or use a sequencer to give it a reference (it will keep this and you can then stop your sequencer again...)
if i had the box right next to me i could tell you exactely what to do, cause you also need to change a few parameters in the arpeggiator menu, but, alas, i don´t.. i know you´ll have to put it on restart on keypress and i can´t remember whether latch have to be on or off... hope that helped anyhow...
 
with novation it's always something extremely simple that's wrong... first off i suggest you check the troubleshooting advice in the back of your manual... i'll go home and check out the options from my side and while you're at it, send an e-mail to the staff at www.novationuk.com explaining the problem...

thanks for your attention.
I can't find any troubleshooting section in the back of my manual, and I have some problems to contact novation cause they use formmail and I can't install it on my computer.

Anyway if you have any suggestion it's welcome.
