Damn, I thought you were saying you'd found one :(

hehe, no. But if I ever did find one, and it was in its original unaltered condition, I'd be sure to pick up a haz-mat suit on my way there

Arrrggghh!!! I've grown tired of the amount of times I've seen people perpetuating this myth. Although I have a huge amount of respect for Phil I'm not impressed about him over egging the whole Novachord is full of poison thing. Now everyone is running around thinking these beasts are a risk to life and limb - they are not!!

I have spent the last three months restoring Novachord 346 and although there are 4 or so potentially hazardous components it's generally no more poisonous than any other electronic design of the era. Furthermore - the real irony is that the components in question are extremely high quality and likely to be more dangerous being split open in land fills than being left in place in the Novachord.

If you want see and hear the UKs only Novchord in playable order following nearly 300 hours of restoration visit: www.novachord.co.uk

I teamed up with Hollow Sun to create the world's only pro sample archive of this amazing beast.

Its aamazing how you can mention something like the Monkeys or a novacord and someone that has never been here before shows up that knows something about what you are talking about. I love this place what a country.;)

Actually despite being based in England, GB - I'm originally from New Jersey :)

My 1/4 ton beast was shipped several thousand miles by sea from Seattle,WA to England, UK in a shipping crate weighing 680 pounds!!
