So, I'm done tracking my album. For the next week I'll be doing final mixing. However, I would like if I could have another set of ears or two to critically listen to the tracks and tell me any issues they have. I'll take a look at the issues, see if they are something I agree with (if someone tells me my bass has too many mids, I shush them up!), and fix accordingly. Or at least attempt to fix.

Would anybody be interested in this? For your information, there are 12 tracks, about total of 40 minutes. Its a progressive rock opera album. Have had it compared to Queen, The Who, Jethro Tull, and Genesis in terms of sound.

Frogster, You're nervous, I know, but you can do it. You don't need anyone holding your hand.

G.

Yeah I am confident, but its good to get a second set of ears in. Since I'm songwriter/engineer/producer, I lack that.

i'm not a doctor, but i'll take a look

I would love to give it a listen for you, my ear's aren't exactly experienced, but i can hopefully help you out a little and learn something new in the process. give me a link to the file or something.

Okay, I'll send you a PM sometime tomorrow. I have to render all my songs (which takes about an hour) and then get them as 320 k MP3's. I might only do a couple and take it from there.

i check this every day to see if yuove put a link up...
