Hi,

Thanks to the help from people here (thanks!) I have finally finished my first CD!
You can hear 4 tracks here.

If you happen to want to buy a copy, you can purchase one through me via PayPal (PM me) or by my bands label's website here.

Comments on the final product welcomed.

Good stuff..

but honestly.. do NOT put your f***ing music online as M3U files! It completely erases my winamp playlist.. ARGHHHH!#!@!$@

Pretty cool stuff.

I have to say though that the guitar tones are more than my ears can handle at any volume above easy listening levels. You have some pretty harsh frequencys in there. Guitars in general are overpowering everything else in the mix.

Hate to say it like that, but it's the only only way I can.

one would think it could be fixed with some tweeking.

F.S.

I think the mix is meant to be exactly the way it is. Totally the norm for black metal cd's. Trust me on this.

I'll take your word for it;)

Not all seemed as harsh though. The first 30 seconds of Unto Dark Winds really got me.

Might just be my system is a bit harsher than most too.

Probly just getting old :D Closest thing I own is "to mega therion".

Mistral, thanks, sorry 'bout your playlist.

Freudian Slip, yeah, black metal is about the mids :)

cellardweller, thanks!

I have loads of black metal here, I'm a big fan, but those guitars are pushing high frequencies that are just plain painful.

Songs are cool though :)

I only listened to a short bit, but I never heard any "painful frequencies".. just a lack of certain ones maybe..

The guitars are on par with black metal standards. If anything they are a just a bit loud in the mix, which is also a Black Metal norm, but trust me, bring the guitars back just a hair (I mean just a tiny bit, that's it), and the whole thing will sit a little better. Good stuff by the way.
