Hi.
I recently installed a delta 44 sound card, but I can't get Cake HS Xl to work with it. I made the delta my default card and I get sound from other programs, so it definitely works. Also, HS used to work with the original sound card, so it seems there's something screwy between delta and HS.
I've been through setup routine for cakewake a couple of times and still nothing. I ran thru the suggestions on the M-Audio site for Cakewalk setups and still nothing.
The only thing that looks somewhat suspicious is that in cakewalk udner options/midi devices I get three listings:
Roland MPU-401
Midi Mapper
Crystal FM Synthesizer
I don't see anything for the delta card, but I'm not sure if there should even be a listing for it. I've tried configuring the system using each of the other three, but nothing works.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
John
