Going through my mackie DFX 12, I have no sound coming from my right earphone... the LED says I have a signal but I hear nothing... I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to be or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you checked with other headphones ? If so, then check the connection jack (Male & Female plug), it may need to be tighten. some particular headphones have L/Mono or L/R (Stereo) switch somewhere around. It should monitor both channel. Go check it...

Check the adapter you have, if it has only one ring on the end it's just mono. You can pick up a stereo adapter at Radio Shack real cheap. If it's not that then check your wires going into the cans themselves. On cheaper headphones they're usually only a couple strands of wire and they break real easy.

Yup, you can have two by $1.

I`d stop using that setup immmediately until I found out if its the adapter or the cans. If its the adapter it could possibly trash your headphone amp in the mixer.
