No sound coming back through audio interface headphones for overdubbing HELP!

I am running Windows 10 and have an M Audio Fast Rack Ultra hooked up for my input to computer and running Adobe Audition CS6 for mix. I can record a track and hear the input (while recording) through my headphones plugged directly into the audio interface. I can play it back through computer speakers, but I can't seem to figure out how to have playback routed back through my headphones. I'm trying to overdub but I can't hear the original track to play along with. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know Audition but there should be options for driver and device. Select the driver made for the interface and select the interface (may be the only hardware option once you select the correct driver).

Have you selected the Fast Track Ultra as your audio output device in Adobe Audition?
