I reset the mixer settings like it say on page 36 of the manual but even when the monitors (A) are set to "master" (button up) no sound comes out of the monitors. If I press the same button to "phones" there is sound. If I reset all the custom monitor settings the master mix should output to all the headphones that are set to "master" (button up). Why is there no sound from any the headphones/monitors out?
