What's up fellow home-reccers? I've posted some tracks here before. I've recently updated the site with a new track that I'd like to get some feedback on. The track is called "Hottie1", it was made for a local hip-hop label but they are not going to be using due to some financial issues. Anyways, the track is a different style for me and I just wanted to get some opinions on it if possible.

This track, and all my tracks for that matter, do not contain samples, loops or style copping of any sort. All sequences are created by me and all sounds are derived mainly from Roland module and keyboards.

Let me know what you think.

MM&H, thanks for the listen and reply.

I just wanted to mention that I apologize for not returning the favor and ctitiquing other board members work, but currently I don't have any way of doing so. I get online at work (PC Tech Support) but we don't have sound cards unfortunately. I'll soon be getting broadband at home and I will then spend some time here and review some of these cats I'm hearing such good things about. None-the-less, I appreciate the feedback I've gotten here and I will be returning the favor as soon as possible.

Thanks,

Nice, how much you let this one go for? good work

Hi-D Ho,

Thanks for the comment. I was selling the track for $250. Normally I'm not really trying to sell tracks though unless it's for a real nice price. I like to find cats with skills and get cuts on their albums, I normally do this pro-bono (gotta get exposure you know). These cats had a style I wasn't into though and they were local so I figured I'd cut them a deal, but they couldn't swing the cash so I posted it to see if anyone else might be interested. Any tight MCs looking for tracks hit me up, as long as I'm properly credited and the song will be professionally recorded I'm down to work with you.
