I haven't got a drumproggie installed.. Anyone got any vicious dance-beats suitable here???? ...tempo here is 120bpm:

...I'm sickened by that if I turn from wav to mp3, my tunes always stert to distort... Any takes on that??

I think you and I have very different ideas of "techno-metal".

In my songs I like to put in some techno-like grooves on the synths in an otherwise pretty melodic metal song - for instance:
