Nice n'easy program...

I am looking for a program for my pc that I can use as a recorder,player, burner. I basically want to get tunes from my Yamaha MD8, to my pc and to cd. Something that will allow me to easily manage playlists, file transfers and such.

I am currently using Musicmatch Jukebox but it can be difficult to locate files, archives and such.

We are talking basic and preferably free.

Audacity has been berry berry good to me..........and free!

Kristal is nice and it uses the VST GUI where audacity will not. its a nice software and also free. some people like Ntrack which is cheap, others like to use PG Music power tracks software... for the money i think that you can't go far off with Mackie Tracktion 2 for a $150 bucks but free seems to work for you so check it out.

If you need something really easy and very very basic. You can search for AudioRoom CD Recorder. It will record to Wav, MP3, and some other formats, and I think it might even burn CD's as well. Check it out.
