I'm new to recording with computers and need some help. I have a 733 MHz. P3 PC 256 SDRAM, with a Soundblaster Live Platinum card. I have Cakewalk Express that came bundled with my HP CD-Writer+ 9200 CD-RW. I'm using a Rolland XP-80
as my synth-MIDI-devise, and I have analog sources via acoustic guitar and voice.(I sing?)

My question is, are there any good printed resources on Cakewalk Express? If so, where can they be obtained? I'm not much for the on-line tutorial that comes with the software, but if anyone could help a Newbie with the basics I sure would appreciate it!

If you can think of any questions to ask that I have not answered, please e-mail me back. I apologize for any unintentional vagueness on my part!

Thanks!

i have surfed the whole world for some cool sites... just kidding

i think the homepage is not too bad... if learned one or two things there.

i think its cakewalk.com... i think

and well the only reason why i actually use cakewalk is because it took me so damn long to learn it.and im not going to change now.. but have fun on it... u certainly have the gear for fun
