newbie Help! 1/4" stereo inputs?

Hi, I am new to audio recording and could do with some info.
I am planning on buying a m-audio ozone so that i will have hands on control over my software and can record audio. I am wanting to record samples from vinyl into my computer but there are no RCA inputs on the interface but there is a 1/4" stereo input. my mixer has a 1/4" socket marked "master", can i use this to connect the two and record from vinyl or do i use an adaptor cable?
Any advice would be much appreciated . thanx

you should be fine going from the 1/4" mixer outs to the ozone 1/4" ins.

Thanks, I wasn,t 100% sure if the mixer socket was definitly a "out".Ta for the info.
