Newb question: getting rid of green snap marker

I just got SONAR 4 Producer Edition, and I love it except for one detail thats driving me insane. Whenever I hit the spacebar to stop the song I get sent back to wherever this bright green marker is. How do I get it so that the marker stops and stays wherever I hit the spacebar??!
