Hey guys,

here is a new recording and mix I did for my band World In Arms. The song is called "twenty-four".

Man, Cookie Monster sure is getting a lot of gigs these days. :D

Not my type of music at all, but the production seems fine.

The production is solid.

I wasn't all that impressed with the song itself. Metalcore tends to be either really creative (Genghis Tron, Sky Eats Airplane, etc.) or really samey and derivative (Attack Attack, Devil Wears Prada, etc.*) This song had its moments: The amp noise at the beginning, the aforementioned Room sample. But overall, it tended towards the samey side of things.


* I'm not entirely sure why all the bad metalcore bands are Christian.
