New US-122 User

I can hear the midi tracks via the speakers on my keyboard but the guitar tracks & midi tracks can't be heard through my PC speakers.

I have midi in/out set up correctly with Local off on the keyboard.

Do I use the Line Out R/L, and amp & speakers to listen to all of the tracks (for over dubbing, etc.)?

Make sure your computer's sound card is enabled through cubase/cubasis as the output device. Otherwise, you'll need to listen through speakers/headphones connected to the us-122.
