Hello. My name is Lisa and I am the lead singer of a cover band from NYC. I am using Cool Edit Pro to work on our bands demo. I would love it if someone from this board with experience in using Cool Edit would give one of my tracks a listen. It's the first track on our bands myspace page: I want you back
My band is called NFINITY. I can't post a link yet because i'm new. I'll try to put it in my signature.
I think it's too "hot". I've been using the Dynamic processing presets to compress parts of the file and I lowered the volume of the bass but I still think something isn't quite right with it. Can someone give me some feedback?
The other tracks were made in an AW4416 and then I compressed them using some freeware wave program I found on the net.
I don't see a signature function... so just google NFINITY band or search on myspace for NFINITY...Thanks!
