Whats the new steinberg product thats coming out that will let you hook a adat to a labtop. plus how much will it cost and is it available.

Steinberg re-brands RME hardware. I think the unit you want is already out there.
Personally I am using a MOTU 2408 which lets me bring over 24 tracks of ADAT at a time.
