I like the guitars and the way they are panned...the vocal sounds "uncomfortable," like the voice is not quite hitting the high notes...maybe you could try the song it in a different key that might fit your voice better.
 
Very nice recording quality and rhythmic feel in the gtrs. The vocal intonation's a little inconsistent and I'd say some more vocal tracking would be worthwhile as there's a lot of potential there... a few vocal takes... a little phrase by phrase editing... and you've got a great cover.
