New song sounds like acdc?

Luke - the guitars sound way too fizzyto be Accadacca.
The noodly lead tone isn't in the same suburb either.
The solo over on the side sounded OK.
The timing in the bridge bit (0.48+) is all over the place.
Cymbals are too loud.
I think it plods a bit too much for ACDC.
 
Every time you post a song, you're always trying to tell people that it sounds like "Insert band name here". Why are you so obsessed with trying to sound like everyone else? Or do you think that if you drop a band name, people will be influenced by that and hear it that way?

Anyway....no, it doesn't sound anything like ACDC.

All I'm trying to do is give them a reference point from what I feel I came from when I wrote the music man, can you get that? If that bothers you RAMI, then too bad! Of course I want my music to be me, but we ALL come from influences by great bands around us. I'm HAPPY I Don't Sound like an ACDC clone thanks man!

I just wouldn't post it that way. In the original post you ask if it sounds like AC/DC, so everyone comes from that stand point and the comments you get are about why it doesn't sound like AC/DC.

If you just post the song and ask for comments & feedback, you'll probably find it more constructive, especially as you say you don't want to sound like an AC/DC clone. I can't listen right now at work, so can't give you any feedback on the song itself, but I'll try and listen later.
