Now, given that, yes, there is some things that just do not fit. But, as long as there is a single person on an entire planet that considers one thing as art vs. another, it's an art. There still isn't really a clear definition.

I listened, and it's not to my fancy, but I wouldn't condone it to poor quality, or non-art. It may be a very ornate mechanism in which it was created, it may be a washing machine running an abnormal load. But it's not to me to decide whether it's good overall or not, pleasing or not, only that myself personally, it does not fit.

I find no 'normal' rythm, or sequence of notes that fits in the current scheme of 'melody' etc., but that is simply my opinion, and my mindset. It may be shared by the majority, but that may be not your target audience.

Luck I wish you in your own field, this is not mine, and thus, I do not enjoy, nor have any criticisms. (yet)

Certainly a different piece. Alas, I'm not into this sort of thing. My one suggestion would be to change things up more frequently - change the whole ambience. I listened for a bit over 4 minutes and I heard much the same thing throughout.

come on dudes, its not that bad. Music is a gift from God almighty and I know that it is hard for us instrument playing purists to swallow, but this IS music. This guy has a vision of what he wants his music to sound like. Just because his vision and yours are not the same doesnt make it anything less. Check out some of his other songs...interesting stuff!!

Oh, I forgot to tell you why I think this is the worst piece I've heard in a long time.

The intro is rather pointless. Is this music or is this art? It definitely is not music, and if it is art, you have a lot of training to go through.

That loop and the weird sound on top of it, that made no sense. Again, this is the mp3 mixing clinic, not the art clinic. Go post it where people enjoy stuff just because its cool to enjoy it.

Overall, its quite meaningless.

I wont mind listening to Celine Dion after this madness.
 
I'm no connoisseur of industrial, but have to say there's something I like about this. I like the ambience, especially the sound that I can only describe as primordial, like the rumble of a beast.
One has to put aside traditional concepts (let's face it, I'm old school r&b, r&r) but I honestly enjoy getting out of my own box to hear something new.
Not sure what kind of comments/criticism you're looking for, but you asked for comments on the music, and an old dog like me has to stretch a bit to find the music here...but that's a good thing, good for both of us, I think.
So my uninformed answer is, yes, I heard some music, and kind of dug taking a trip to new territory for my ears.
As far as attitudes, pissing people off, etc., let each handle it in his own fashion...no matter our different tastes, each of us has creative drive, and that's why I come here.
 
Do you think that by telling someone that their music sucks and their attitude sucks that they are gonna stop making music their way?? Rock and Roll was built on attitude!!! Most of us are old Rock and Roll and R & B guys so maybe we dont get what he is trying to do, but then again maybe its not for us to get anyway. This forum is to let people know, good or bad, how their mixes and songs sound. I have gotten a lot of good from all of you guys and you are like family now. I dont particularlly like the current style of teen rock or rap rock or whatever, but I will comment on the song and the mix even though it is not my thing. I have had altercations with folks in the past and I am glad that it is the past. You and I dont know someones potential, and we shouldn't run someone off the board because then we are missing out on what is to come. Open your mind and listen to it for what it is, not what you think it should be.
