1000 years ago, what bach produced would have been considered awful noise...
Now, given that, yes, there is some things that just do not fit. But, as long as there is a single person on an entire planet that considers one thing as art vs. another, it's an art. There still isn't really a clear definition.
I listened, and it's not to my fancy, but I wouldn't condone it to poor quality, or non-art. It may be a very ornate mechanism in which it was created, it may be a washing machine running an abnormal load. But it's not to me to decide whether it's good overall or not, pleasing or not, only that myself personally, it does not fit.
I find no 'normal' rythm, or sequence of notes that fits in the current scheme of 'melody' etc., but that is simply my opinion, and my mindset. It may be shared by the majority, but that may be not your target audience.
Luck I wish you in your own field, this is not mine, and thus, I do not enjoy, nor have any criticisms. (yet)
