New singer - feedback needed

I started trying to sing this past summer and I've been doing it since. I feel like I've come a long way sing my first recordings, which were just awful. I was hoping for some feedback advice on the singing in this song.

I actually like your voice, albeit the vocal on this track keeps to a tight area of the scale for the most part so hard to see what occurs when it's really stretched. I don't consider myself vocally fantastic but I would say I have a reasonable ear. I'd certainly swap voices with you ;-) as mine is a tad lower. keep working with it as you would with any instrument.

Hey Tim,

Thanks for the comment. I think it's really cool how the voice can develop with practice. I used be under the misconception that your voice is your voice, and if you can't sing now, than you never will.

I've been amazed over the past 8 months as I have watched it develop. Small baby steps they might be, but some progress nonetheless.
