Thanks for the feedback Bknot1...its much appreciated man. Now all we need to find is a good writer preferably female that can actually sing too and we'd be all set. We have been looking really hard for a writer/singer to demo out our tracks. Shopping RnB in todays market isn't easy...they want full completed songs most times...not just tracks. we're tryin hard...just gotta keep grindin. I'll be sure and check out some of your music when I get home tonight.

Prettychica......Actually neither one of us (there are 2 of us that make up Definitive Concepts) actually "play" the keys, we're more like wannabe players, but we can sequence our butts off =) Thanks for the feedback

this might sound like a silly question to you but what do you mean by "sequence"?

The only silly question is the one not asked!....Sequencing for a track like that would go kinda like....you get a four bar loop going...and on the first pass of the loop you might play the chords that go along with the song....then when it loops around and the chords are there....you might play the individual notes that go between or connect the chords. Drums the same way....like u might do all the kicks first....then go back and add the snare...and hit hat etc etc..... got a better idea what I mean now?

Yeah I gotcha. I actually did that with some of my beats but I didn't know it's called sequencing.
