Love your voice. You've got the early Bowie thing that floats my boat. Nice vocal around 11:30, too. Epic.

Good stuff, Nak.

Give us the run down on who's playing what.....

Very cool. I'm getting loads of Gabriel era Genesis on this not to mention Nektar, Yes and others. Great playing and good sound (was this one take live?). It did keep my interest and I'd love to hear a full studio production of this.

Thanks utmost apreciated.

It is clearly inspired by Genesis in my ears as well, if I were to pick my main influences for making this song, them, Tull, and Queen would be there.

This was in one take, though we did quite a few overdubs on solo`s and some fill, like the gong you hear in the Mellotron ending.
The keys were recorded in midi, but live with the band.

This is a demo for the band to polish our tricks, next recording wich we will attempt to do at a cabin in the woods, just us and mother nature.
Much better rehearsed.

thanks:)

Thanks man, Likeways.

As I might have mentioned earlier, this is a newformed band, after Munchausen was pu to sleep.

I`m going for a more varied Vocal aproach here, with more dynamics I guess.

Ok who`s who in D`AccorD.

I play all the Keys and I do all the vox + the last Muff solo.
I`ve jsut taken up the keys, so I feel that I am improving but still have far to go.

Martin is playing Bass, he just made his first ever live apperance, this is his first band.

Stig plays the guitar, he`s our newest member, joined less then a month ago.
He has a strong Background in blues and he has warmed up for acts sutch as Paul Rogders.
He`s alsp finishing a Bachelour degree in music.

Bjarte is playing drums, he`s just perfect for this gig, IMO.
A huge Progfan, and he can sing with the highest pitch I`ve heard.

thanks:)

Excellent stuff, very enjoyable. Its a time warp.

My nit is also with the drums. The drummer just needs to be tighter and lay down the law. He seems unsure at times. If he lays it down better, every one else has an easier time.

Very good stuff.:)

Very cool writing Nakatira and great performance of the piece by the musicians....

This flies in the face of almost everything going on musically right now...and for that you have my utmost respect and admiration ;). I like bass better in the 2nd mix - would like to hear the vocals more, but I think that has already been discussed...way to freakin' go!

Thanks man, as we get on with the practice I hope it shall improve.
We only did to takes before sealing it up.:)

yeah we wont be appearing on top of the pops in the nearest decade:D

I to feel more confident with the 2md mix.

There are somethings that I like to keep as it due how I feel it sounds.
I allways aim for the vox to be a part of the music like any other instrument, in stead of upfront.
Like most radiosongs:)

thanks for your comments:cool:

like everyone else said. Drums are a bit distant. I would had more kick, as I can barely hear it. You can add some kick and snare and still keep that "recorded 25 years ago" feel.
