new pc

I just got her about a week ago, went through and maximized XP for recording, but I noticed that every time I log on, in My Documents folder are two text files that say D2DCmdlog, and they are blank.

What the hell is this, and how do I make it go away?

Sorry to sound like a total newb, but sometimes I come across things that puzzle me...
