Yeah.I ordered something from them once from the "blem" section of the catalog,a rack processor for guitar which the ad said had a few minor scratches.The thing arrives,and one of the rack ears is bent at a 45 degree angle! So I call'em back,and I calmly mentioned it to the guy,and before I could say "I was wondering if something could be done about this" he was giving me a return authorization and telling the warehouse to ship me out a brand new unit for the same price I paid for the "blem" BEFORE they even got the old one back! so,like 3 days later,I've got a brand new perfect unit in my rack while the bent one was still in transit and I saved $120!I've still got the unit and never had any problems with either it or MF.
