new interface question

I'm looking to buy a new interface. I currently use a tascam us-122 (old one with blue stripe) with Reaper and I'm getting nasty latency. My computer is in my profile. I also want to upgrade to get better sound but I'm not sure how much these would improve my sound over the us-122. I've done a ton of research and I'm down to 3 options.

cakewalk ua-25ex usb

1. How much are these an improvement over my tascam us-122?

2. Any thoughts on which one of these to buy?

I honestly don't think you will hear a difference between any of them including your Tascam. Study the features to see which suits you better, and look at driver support if you plan to go to Win 7 and or 64 bit. Also, what's included for the price. All will come with some DAW if you want to try something besides Reaper.

Sorry, I should have added, latency problems are more related to computer and settings. Your machine should work fine, so either your buffer is set too high, or the Tascam driver sucks.
