Hey everyone,

I just spent some doe on a new rig tell me what you think:
I got a fender hot rod deville 410.(I was using a marshall valvestate before so although the fender might not impress you...It does me...lol)
As far as pedals go I have a marshall gov' nor and some shitty chorus pedal but I bought the VS jekyll and hyde.
I play a standard Gibson SG.

At the store I tried the setup and I fell in love with the sound, but I didnt get a chance to play with an sg there.

What do you think?

Thanks,

James

Sounds sweet James! :)

Fender Hot Rod is one of my favorite amps.
You will have much more smooth and a dinamic control of distortion than before(if is what you want...)
For my taste, it´s much, much,MUCH better than any Marshall (principally the valvestate series).
And certainly will rocks with the SG.

Yep cool set-up, just watch the Guv'nor, it's a cool sound but I've had two of the Marshall pedals die on me!
