She sounds pretty good, the guitar sounds a bit too loud to me. The guitar is in front of the vox, should be the other way round, no ? The reverb also puts the vox in the back of the mix.
Other than that I'd consider putting her a touch closer to the mic, or leave a little more low(s) on the lead track.
Listening to the third track, the balance sounds better. Some pitchyness there.
I'm gonna go with a ditto on that^^^. She obviously has talent. No need to bury it in a reverb. Some percussion would be better added than percussive guitars. Obviously, a voice like hers needs to be the center of attention. Place it like I demands to be listened to............in your face.
Cool, so everything aside from the levels sounds good? i felt like i did a better job of getting a good sound mix before eq and comp and reverb blah blah. hopefully that translated well in the end.
The doubled vocal is very noticeable and used in some strange spots. It comes and goes and comes and goes. I'd use it for maybe just a chorus. I'd also pull back the doubled vocal by a good 10db.
the backing vocal at the end didn't seem to blend very well.
