I have to agree with you on the beat Change...it's subpar for what you'd expect and we have a lot of beat makers here who could one up that and then turn around and do it again. And the list of folks on this site who could do that is endless.

Sounds like a badly done Dre/D12 beat to me.

I wasn't even going to comment on that....no record deal, no cash prize, not even a commercial contract....slim thug? I'd pass.
 
Read the fine print, fellas....

By submitting an entry, entrant (or his/her parent or legal guardian) further agrees that Sponsor and its designees may exploit, edit, modify, dispose of , adapt, stream and/or distribute the entry and all elements of such entry, including, without limitation, the names and likenesses of any persons or locations embodied therein and any audio or visual recordations of your performance, in commerce and in any and all media now known or that hereafter may become known (including, without limitation, on www.myspace.com), throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation, compensation, permission or notification to entrant or any third party. No correspondence regarding entries will be entered into with entrants except as provided herein."

In other words, if you submit your music, they get all rights to it.
 
They can't have my fart bass instrument...I forbid it!!! Took me months of effort and beans so I could get just the perfect bowel movement to emulate that sub bass.
