new computer not seeing FW drive

just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this. just got a new computer, transfered my old pci firewire card over. i have 3 external firewire drives, i cannot get one of them to show up. the other two do. i have tried swapping cables, slots, power cords. it works fine in my old pc... any ideas?

You tried hooking it up by itself?..with no other drives attached? Can you check and see if it still works in your old computer?

Right click on My Computer and go to "Manage."
Select Disk Management and see if the drive shows up as uninitialized.
