New CD - Earth Moon Stars

CD is done. All I can say is it takes a lot of balls to do home recordings and invite people to listen, especially you guys/gals, because we hyper-analyze the engineering (which of course is the whole point of being here). I am not saying the CD is great, or that the mixing mastering is any good, or that you will like the songs, but my plan was to see how much I could get away with using just some basic tools and zero experience at the beginning. It took four years because I have a more than full time career, and a kid, and because this is a hobby for which there can never be enough time. So please pick a song, give it your honest critique, and please keep posting your own work because I love to hear what everyone is doing. Bandcamp link to my cd is below. I will apply the wisdom from your comments to my next project, already in progress. THANKS!

I gave the first song, The Light, a listen. The 'audience cheers' mixed in don't do a thing for it, except to point out the rest sounds very digitally recorded, no room sound/ambience. Kind of reminds me of some San Fran late 60s psychedelic stuff.
