New Boss/Fender pedals?

Whattya think guys? A Deluxe Reverb and a Bassman? I love Boss and Fender so this is a match made in heaven for me.
 
so its all modelling then? this seems kinda stupid to me. spending probably a c note on one pedal that models one amp. if youre gonna go the modelling route, and please don't lol, you could do alot better. also, it seems kinda dumb to have this in a stompbox format since an amp modeller isnt what you want IN FRONT of another amp.

Why? It doesn't have a speaker simulator in it. Without one of those its just another digital distortion. Nothing wrong with it going in front of an amp.

that doesnt make sense to me. that would be like running two amps into eachother would it not? i think they should sell it more as a distortion or OD pedal rather than claiming its actually going to make your amp sound like a bassman. maybe just make a distortion based on that tone. thats not what i got the impression of from the ad campaign though.

Yeah I do think they're emulating the break-up of those specific amps as opposed to emulating the complete amp itself. What's a c note? :confused:

Do a search on Antares mods and see what the general consensus is on mods.
 
I'm not totally sure but I believe it's called a "c" note as a short for century or 100. Might be a stretch though.
